Call Center - Status change from phone

This is for Call Center Agents only.
You can sign in and make yourself Available and Unavailable from the desk phone just as you do from the Call Center website/software screen.
  1. From your desk phone press the "More" button
  2. To sign in / out press the "ASignOut" / "AsgnIn" button.
  3. To set your status to unavailable:
    1. You must be in a Signed In state
    2. Press "More"
    3. Press "Unavailable"
    4. Use the navigation disk to select the reason for being unavailable
      1. Press "Select" button to complete the unavailable update
  4. To set yourself Available again press "More" and "Available"
