Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
To clear the Browser cache and cookies you can press CTRL - Shift - Delete on your keyboard. This will open the Setting tab and the Clear browser data window. Click the Clear now button (Microsoft Edge) or Clear data (Google Chrome). It is best to close the browser and reopen. This will work in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

- Select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services. (Google Chrome Privacy and security)
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Change the drop down to "All time".
- Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
