Reclaiming Storage: Efficiently Clearing Recycle Bin and Extra Files from OneDrive

1. Select Blue Cloud Icon (One Drive Icon) from bottom right side of your screen. 
 
2. Click setting > Manage Storage. 

3. On this Screen you can see what location and file is taking up your storage space. 



5. Choose one of the steps: 
    a. If you whole teams need access to this file, please upload it on your teams file area. and remove from your PC.
  b. If the file is no longer needed that go ahead and delete that file from that location " you cannot delete this file from this screen . You have to go to actual file location. In this case it was Desktop for me                   and file the file name. 
  c. If only you need access to this file, please move this file to C: drive.
Remember, the files in this.
C: drive
won't be backed up so if for some reason the computer crashes then you will lose these Files. 


Also, clear your Recycle Bin from One Drive.
