Cox Phone Account

Cox Phone Account

Woodhouse uses a cloud-based phone system hosted by Cox Communications.  Most phone are a Polycom 411 IP phone.  All locations are interconnected and able to 5 digit dial between stores.  Phones are centrally answered unless arrangements have been made to have a location / department answer their own incoming calls.  If you have a phone you also have a Cox account.  Logging into your Cox account allows you to control your voicemail and will link your phone to a Webex account allowing you to install an app on your computer and smartphone enabling you to receive work calls while mobile.  Webex will be covered in a different article.
