Dealertrack Login and MFA setup

On your 1st login to Dealertrack you will be required to set a password and setup MFA (Multi Factor Authentication).  You will need your cell phone number to receive a text message for this process.
  1. Open Dealertrack.com
    1. When you open Microsoft Edge, it will open 4 tabs, one will be Dealertrack.com
    2. On our WodhouseHomePage.com page there is a Dealertrack link under the "Woodhouse Tools" section.
  2. There are 2 login options in the top right of Dealertrack.com page.  For this step select the "Login" link and not the Dealertrack DMS Login.

  4. Next you will get the Change Password screen.  The password requirements are at the bottom of the page.
    1. Do not use the same password for Dealertrack that you use for any other system. Please make this password unique.
    2. Enter you new password twice and click "Change Password" and "Continue to Dealertrack"

  6. After setting your password you will be prompted to setup MFA.  Click the SMS Text Message "Select" Button.
    1. It is best to use text.  email does not work because it takes too long to get the email and the code will have already expired.

  7. Enter your cell phone number and click "Submit".  At the SMS has been verified screen click "Continue to Dealertrack"
