OneDrive holds your private files.  This was your former H: drive. 

OneDrive is also the same as your “Documents” folder on your computer. 

You will also notice that OneDrive synchronizes with files on your Desktop and has a system created folder named “Attachments” for your inbound email attachments. 

Recordings is used by “Teams” if you record an on-line meeting. 

Microsoft Teams Chat Files is used by Teams for (you guessed it) files shared in team chats. 

Microsoft Teams Data is also used by teams that we will discuss on a different training.
