Email on Android (Samsung) 

 

 

To add your Office 365 email to an Android device, you can either set up your email in the default Android mail app or use the Outlook for Android app. The Outlook app provides a dedicated email experience, while the default Android app can also handle Office 365 emails. 
Method 1: Using the Android Default Mail App: 
  1. Open the Android Settings app.
  2. Navigate to Accounts and Sync or Accounts.
  3. Select Add Account.
  4. Choose Exchange and Office 365 or Exchange.
  5. Enter your full email address and password.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup, which may involve verifying your account and applying security settings. 
Method 2: Using the Outlook for Android App: 
  1. Download and install the Outlook app from the Google Play Store. 
  2. Open the app and tap Get Started or Add Account. 
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and password. 
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your account, which may include multi-factor authentication (MFA). 
  5. Once verified, the app will set up your account, and you can start sending and receiving emails.
