Existing employee setup for using Microsoft Authenticator App

1.  Install Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone.  Open but do NOT add an account if prompted.  Get to the area where you and see a + icon in the top right corner.

2.  On a PC or Laptop, Open Edge, go to Office.com and be signed in using your Woodhouse email address.

3.  Select your profile in the top right corner, then select View Account



4.  Select Security info

5.  Select + Add sign-in method



6. Select Authenticator App and Add



7.  Keep Selecting Next until get to the QR code.  Do not select "I want to set up a different method" so you can have a phone call instead.  Using the Microsoft Authenticator App is recommended and more secure.  Only select Office Phone if you do not have a mobile device and need a call made to your work phone . 










8.  Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile phone, do NOT add an account if prompted.  Get to the area where you and see a + icon in the top right corner.    Select the + icon in the top right corner.  Select Work or School Account and scan the QR code to add your Woodhouse account into the Microsoft Authenticator App.

9.   On the PC, select Next and enter the passcode shown in the Microsoft Authenticator App
