Held Email Notification - Darktrace

Darktrace is our new Email security system.  Spam messages will be set to your Junk Email folder but, Suspicious Email will be held in Darktrace.  If you have a held email, you will get a notification at 2:00 pm on the day of receiving the email.  The subject of the email is "Held Email" from sender: Darktrace Reports <reports@darktrace.com>.

  1. There are 2 links at the bottom of the email.  Review Message and Request Release.
    1. Review Message will only show you the reason the message was held.  It will not show you the contents of the message.
    2. Request Release will send a ticket to the IT Helpdesk for review.  If the message is safe, we will release it to you inbox.
