Managing Junk email folder

Sometime your email will interpret an email as junk.  This is usually because of the sender's format and method of addressing the email.  If an email is marked as junk in error you can train email to not treat the email as junk in the future.
  1. Fine the email you need in your junk folder.
  2. Right click the email
  3. Select "Move > Inbox"

  5. You will get a dialog box asking what to do with this sender in the future
    1. Check "Never send messages from <sender's email>  to the Junk folder"
    2. Click OK

  6. If there are multiple emails from this sender in your Junk folder you will need to do this for each email.  This process does is not retroactive for other email currently in the Junk folder.  It will only act on future emails you receive.
