A user will get an email from mimecast stating that the email was identified as spam and they blocked it. As shown below:
The email will have three options. Release. This will send the email through mimecast to see if there is any blocked or malicious content before releasing the email to your inbox.
Block. Will block the selected email and all emails in the future form that sender.
Permit. Will allow all emails from that sender including the selected email. Before the emails are released to you mimecast will scan the email for any blocked or malicious content and if it is safe will release them to yoru inbox.
