NetChex Password Change

There are 2 ways to change your NetChex password.
Always use the Link on WoodhouseHomepage.com.  Do not trust internet search results.

1 - Change password after login in the Account Management screen.
  1. After you have logged in to NetChex, click the image of a person in the top right corner.
  2. Click "Account Management"

  3. Select "Update Password"
  4. It is important that your NetChex password is not the same as your email password. (Either personal or Woodhouse.com)

  5. You will be required to enter you Old Password and a New Password.  The password requirement will display when you select the New Password field.

  6. Click SAVE PASSOWRD
2 - Change password before you login using the Forgot Password link on the login page.

  1. Enter your Email address used for your NetChex login and click NEXT
  2. You will be send a Verification Code.  Go to your email and retrieve this code and type it into the Verification screen and click SUBMIT

  3. You will receive a screen allowing you to enter a new password.
