OneDrive Recyle Bin and Second Stage Recycle Bin

On your taskbar, select the cloud icon then choose recycle bin

 

This will open a web page.  On this web page select Empty Recycle Bin

 

 

This can take up to a couple minutes.  Once complete (if available) , select Second Stage recycle bin and empty it as well
