RED unanswered Webex calls
I spoke with Cox support. This is the nature of the beast. When Webex app is utilized the incoming call is actually considered as 2 different calls by the vendor systems and sent to 2 different places so when a desk phone is answered the Webex app does not recognize it as being answered so it considers it an unanswered call. Best practice is if at work and using your desk phone primarily you should log out of Webex on your mobile phone.
