Sending a secure / encrytped email

Sending a secure / encrytped email

To enable secure/encrypted emails:
The word secure needs to be anywhere in the subject line, it is not case sensitive

How it works:
Messages sent to @woodhouse.com or @oemcalibration.com:
Since in same tenant the recipient doesn't have to do anything.   There will be a padlock icon visible to indicate the message was encrypted.

Messages sent external to woodhouse:
If the recipient uses Office 365, they may need to do nothing but it is secure. Or they will need to click a link and then enter  their Microsoft account credentials to view the message.
If the recipient does not use Office 365 (ie @gmail.com),  then they will be sent a one time passcode after clicking the link which will allow them view the message.
