Setup Voicemail to Email

You can setup your own voicemail to email notifications.  You need to have created your Cox login first.

Click the "Cox Account Login" from the home page.

If you need assistance getting your account setup, contact the helpdesk.

Once in your account click the Voicemail icon at the top right of the page.

Clock Voicemail Notifications

Click Add New Email and enter your email when prompted.  You can add multiple emails.

Check the boxed for Attach Voice Mail Audio File and Attach Readable Voice Mail and click Save.
