Turn Off Focused setting in Outlook Web Mail 

Microsoft Introduced new feature for email. It is “Focused” and “Other” in your inbox. It is their attempt to interpret what email is important and put them in “Focused”. All other email get placed in “Other”. This document shows you how to turn this off. 

 

  1. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner. 

  1. Under the "Layout" section Click “Don't sort my messages” to turn this off
