FMC / ESC Dealer Login

There is a new login process for FMC / ESC.  Ford now requires @B2BFord.com after your login name.
You will also need to delete your stored password in your browser for Ford.com.
  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings from the dropdown.
  4. In the left sidebar, click Profiles.
  5. Choose Passwords under the Microsoft Wallet section.
  6. Locate the saved login:
    1. Ford.com
    2. Record the current password before deleting
  7. Click the three-dot icon next to the entry and select Delete
  8. You will be prompted to authenticate with your Windows PIN or password.
