Test Teams setup before a meeting

 To Make a Test Call in Microsoft Teams:
  • Go to Settings > Devices: In the Microsoft Teams desktop app (not available in the web version), navigate to your profile picture (or the ellipsis menu) and select Settings, then choose Devices.

  • Select "Make a test call": Under the Audio settings, click on the Make a test call button.
  • Follow instructions: Teams will call an automated service that will guide you through recording and listening back to a short audio message to test your microphone and speakers/headphones.
  • Review results: After the test, you'll see a summary, and you can adjust device settings if needed.
