Scheduling a Meeting - Looking at Availability
You can schedule meetings by looking at others calendar to determine if they are free. You cannot see what is on their calendar, this is kept private, but you can see if they are free of busy.
- Select "New event"

- Select "Scheduling Assistant"

- Select the date and time you wish to have a meeting. Add the members, both required and optional. You will see if their time is blocked out or free. You can also select a Teams meeting or a room resource if you need.

- Select Event

- Add your Title, description, select if this is a Teams meeting, and click "Send"
