VeraSuite by KPA - Compliance and Security Awareness Training

VeraSuite by KPA is our provider of on-line compliance and security awareness training.  Training is mandatory.  For more information on the policy for awareness training please the policy "Compliance and Security Awareness Training"
Login:
  1. There is a link on our Woodhouse Home Page.
  2. At the Sign In screen enter your @Woodhouse.com email address as the Username.

  4. The Password field should go away and be replaced with a "Finish Logging In" message. Click Continue

  6. Once logged in you will see "Training" on the left navigation.  Expand training click "Your Compliance Training"

  8. Your required courses will be displayed in the center of the screen.  The courses are interactive.  You must both listen to the narration and read the screens.  You will need to click "Next" in the bottom right of the screen to advance the slides.
  9. If there is a quiz at the end of the training, it must be completed to receive credit.
  10. Once a course is complete you have option to receive a certificate of completion.  Feel free to save this as proof of your completion, however, HR or IT will be able to pull reports of your completion.
