Click “Settings” in the top right of the window. You may have to also click “View all Outlook settings”)
- Select “Mail - Compose and reply” and create your signature.
- Check the boxes to “Automatically include my signature...”
Feel free to copy my signature and paste it into this screen. Edit for your information:

As you can see from this setting window there are many other settings you can explore and change to suite your preferences.
You can also add your digital business card QR code, however, quotes and other additions are not allowed.
