iPad - Profile Not Found Error

iPad - Profile Not Found Error

I've seen this happen every once in a while. What we need to do now is do a factory reset and re-enroll the iPads to clear this. Basically, it is trying to apply a configuration profile to the iPad even though it already has one.

Once the device has been erased and you are back at the home screen, follow the instructions in this setup guide I made and you should be good to go. (see attachment) If you go through these steps and it still asks for a configuration profile send it back to me at the admin building and I will get it reconfigured.

Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device]
