Managing History in Email
Your email will create a history of email addresses you have sent. This is handy as it allows you to start typing a name and Outlook will auto complete the name from your history. However, this can be a problem if you sent to the wrong email once. Now you have a bad or wrong email in your history that is forever prompting you to make the same mistake. You can clear this wrong email address by moving your mouse to the right of the entry and clicking the "x" to delete an entry.
