New employee initial setup for using Microsoft Authenticator App

1. Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone, open and have it to the point where you see the + in the top right corner


2. On a PC or Laptop (do NOT use mobile phone again until step 5). Open Edge and go to Office.com and sign in with your Woodhouse email address.
3. You should see the following screens, select Next when you see them:


4.  Do not select "I want to set up a different method" so you can have a phone call instead.  Using the Microsoft Authenticator App is recommended, more secure and Phone Calls and Texting will not be allowed much longer anyways. Keep Selecting Next until get to the QR code.







5.  Within the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile phone, select the + icon in the top right corner - Work or School Account - Scan QR code to add your Woodhouse account into the Microsoft Authenticator App.

6.   On the PC, select Next and enter the passcode shown in the Microsoft Authenticator App
