eGoldFax - Sending and receiving Faxes

Woodhouse has switched all faxing to a cloud solution.
Sending Faxes can now be done from your desktop and email. 
  1. Start a new email.
  2. Address the email to the fax number you are sending to @egoldfax.com (include a 1 in front of the number)
    1. ie 14025551111@egoldfax.com 
  3. eGoldFax will receive your email and harvest the phone number from the email address and forward the fax on your behalf.
  4. A Fax cover page is automatically included for you.

Receiving Faxes
  1. All faxes are now received by eGoldFax for all Woodhouse incoming fax numbers.
  2. Each fax number is ties to a Microsoft Team.  The Team has an email address.  The faxes are converted to an email and delivered to the Team inbox.
  3. You can control if these emails are delivered to your inbox or if you wish to view them in the team mailbox.
  4. While in your email look for "Groups" on the left navigation.

  5. Click on the group for your Fax Team.  You will see an inbox.  These are your incoming Team emails that include your incoming faxes.
  6. To adjust the setting...
    1. With the Group inbox selected you will see the group name at the top of the list of emails.
    2. Click the 3 dot and click Settings.

    3. On the right side of the page, Under the "Manage group email" you can choose to receive email to your inbox or to now receive any group messages.

    4. If you choose to not receive any group messages, you will need to select this group inbox to read incoming faxes.
      1. Note: Group email cannot be deleted.  This is to preserve all faxes.  This was we will never lose a fax.
