GoTo Contact Center CRS Cheat Sheet

CRS:
Paging groups
  1. If paging a department (sales, service, parts, finance) park the call then use a paging group listed under "Ring Groups"
    1. To park a call for paging, you can drag and drop the call into your assigned parking location. If a salesman asks how to pick it up, tell them to dial *37 followed by your parking location (numbers)
Transferring calls
  1. If transferring to a sales department send call to a "Salesperson DP"
  2. If transferring to a service department send call to a "Service DP"
  3. If transferring to a parts department send call to a "Parts DP"
  4. If transferring to a finance department send call to "Finance DP"
