Please use this link to find more in-depth information and training on using the GoTo System if you'd like. A helpful video for you as a user would be the GoTo Connect Quick Start, which will provide an overview of the new system and how to use the desktop app.
Note that some of the training videos mention signing on, please do not use the steps provided in their videos and instead follow the knowledge base article GoTo Sign In. Also, if a video references the Contact Center, know that is only information applicable to the SCCS and CRS teams!
