GoTo Desk Phone Button Programming

To configure the buttons on your desk phone you should the desktop app.
  1. Goto setting by clicking on your initials in the top right corner and selecting Settings
  1. Select Voice - Device Buttons.  This will show your phones current buttons.  Click Add Button to program.
  1. Give your button a name.
  2. Select a Type
    1. There is a link for documentation on the definitions of each type

  1. Click Apply and then click Save
  2. You need to use the App for this because if and when Polycom or GoTo push update it will remove them from your desk phone.   If you configure these in the App they will be restored to the phone after each update. 
  3. To get your new buttons to show up your will need to reboot your phone.
    1. You can unplug your phone or use the buttons on the phone.
      1. Press Home
      2. Use the navigation disk to "Settings"
      3. Select "Basic"
      4. Navigate down to "Restart Phone"
