To forward your calls, dial *72 and wait for a dial tone. Once it's played, dial the internal extension of the person/group you would like the calls to be forwarded to then hang up.
To remove the call forwarding, dial *73 then hang up.
To note: We recommended instead of forwarding if you will be OOO, that you record a "temporary voicemail message" in GoTo and give the main line phone number to your store/department for the customer, as well as put your phone on DND so the caller goes to that VM immediately and can be helped. This way, they know you are out of the office too.
