To forward your calls, dial *72 and wait for a dial tone. Once it's played, dial the internal extension of the person/group you would like the calls to be forwarded to then hang up.
To remove the call forwarding, dial *73 then hang up.
To pick up a parked call on GoTo, dial *37 followed by the number of the park line. If this is a call parked and paged by a receptionist, make sure to listen for the 2 digit code/line the agent put the call on so you pick up the correct call.
