Lookup Employees in GoTo Directory
GoTo also has an excellent directory that will be more accurate then Staff Tools / Staff Directory. There are 2 ways to lookup a person numbers in the GoTo desktop application.
Option 1
Type a name in the "Search contacts" bar at the top of the application.
Click on the name of the employee you are looking for. This will show the extension and DID of the employee.
Option 2
From the Phone - Dial window type a person name.
There Extension is displayed. Selecting the name will enter this employee in to the dial field. Clicking the dropdown by their name will show the DID. Clicking the green dial button will call them.
