Switch GoTo from Desk phone to Desktop App
If you would rather use the desktop app to answer calls you will need to switch the app to be the default.
- From in the Desktop app Make sure you are on the phone option in the top left.
- Select your Ext. at the bottom middle of the app.
- Select the option with "Extension> on Softphone"
