Find the GoTo icon on your computer's desktop
If you cannot find the icon, type GoTo in the "Type hear to search" in the bottom left of you monitor.
- This will open a Web page. Enter your @Woodhouse.com email address for the login.
- You may have to MFA (Multi Factor Authentication). The GoTo system uses your @Woodhouse.com login and password via Single Sign On (SSO).
- See below for MFA instruction if needed.
Verify your Extension and DID (Direct Inward Dial) numbers are correct. If these are not correct notify the helpdesk.
Click you Extension and switch to "<ext> on Softphone". This will allow you to answer the phone from your desktop computer during the migration.
Click Dial. Then click the box int he top left of the dial pad. Click "Dock window in app"
Web Version
1.When you click on the link above you should be at this screen. Enter your email and select next.
2. The next screen will ask for a password DO NOT enter a password select sing in with company id
3.Next you will need to select your woodhouse account and/or enter your Woodhouse email password (same password you use to sing into the computer) slect sign in you also may need to MFA after
4. The next screen will be the go to my account page select flaunch goto connect to access the web phone
5. Once you are on the web phone you can select the dial option and a keypad will pop up and you will be able to use that to make calls.
