Pick up call on coworker's phone

If you need to answer a call for a coworker you can press *97 + Ext of you coworker and the active ringing call will be directed to your phone and you can answer for your coworker.  This will also work on the desktop app.  With the GoTo app open and the window in focus, press *97 either on your numeric keypad or with the mouse = the extension.
The process is called directed call pickup in the Goto system.
