Setting Up Voicemail on GoTo Phone

Steps for setting up your Voicemail on your handset phone after your location has migrated to GoTo:
      -You can set up your voicemail greetings before your location is migrated from Cox to GoTo on the mobile app. Follow this knowledge base article to download the app and then set up the voicemail.

Step 1: Click on the voicemail envelope on the left-hand side of the phone
Step 2: Click the "Connect" option on the bottom of the screen
Step 3: Enter the password "0000"
Step 4: Press "0" for mailbox options
Step 5: Press 1 to record your "unavailable" message (default voicemail greeting)
            This is the only one that needs to be recorded
      - Press 2 to record your "busy" message
      - Press 3 to record your name
      - Press 4 to record your temporary greeting
      - Press 5 to change your voicemail password
