MFA Frequency

MFA Frequency

Woodhouse requires MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) for our Microsoft Office 365 environment.  This includes email, Teams, and SharePoint.  There are two different rules for access information while away from the Woodhouse network.
  1. Email, Teams, and OneDrive apps on a Smartphone or tablet will require MFA every 2 days.
  2. Email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint on a laptop where our files reside MFA is required ever 4 hours.
While on a Woodhouse network and on a Woodhouse owned computer MFA is required once ever 90 days.
