Send a Call to Voicemail

If you are on a call and receive another incoming call your GoTo will ring until the set number of rings are up and the call goes to voicemail.

There is not a way to have calls automatically go to voicemail but, you can send that call directly to voicemail by clicking the dropdown by the "Decline button and clicking Send to voicemail.
